Dr. Pinaki Bandyopadhyay

Dr. Pinaki Bandyopadhyay, MBBS/MHA/PGDMLE/PGDBF/ MA (Economics)/EPHM from IIM-B & Founder Director of UNICUS, was born in April-1974, had his schooling from Baranagore RamaKrishna Mission Ashrama High school and graduated (MBBS) from N.R.S Medical College Kolkata in the year of 1999.

During his clinical working career he worked in nephrology department of various public and private sector hospital based at Kolkata. During this phase he came to learn good amount of skills to treat patients who are suffering medical problem of kidney disease.

In 2007 he decided to join administration in health care moved by some good literature written on challenges & chance of improvement in healthcare process and also with an idea to serve population at large. Post obtaining management qualification from WBUT he also became qualified with Medical Law (NLSIU), Business Finance (ICFAI), Economics and some orientation about NGO management process. He worked in leading corporate of the country to understand challenges in private health care and successful implementation of efficient healthcare process and control.

In the year of 2017 he started this organization with the goal to open pharmacy stores in fringe places out side Kolkata and employ economically deprived people. Also planned is the relatively new Home care segment by offering affordable post recovery care with mind to expand other sectors of the society.

Ms. Kankana Bhattacharyya

Ms. Kankana Bhattacharyya, born in July 1974 is a business woman based at Kolkata. She is a graduate in English from Calcutta University and holds a certificate in Clinical Psychology and undertakes social work.

She has played a key role to launch the inception store of the pharmacy shop. Also closely associated in various social initiative, Kankana is deeply pledged to uplift the weaker section by gainfully engaging them in commercial activities. 

Dr. Rahul Jha

Director

Dr. Rahul Jha, a BHMS and holder of post graduate diploma in public health, medical law and ethics. He is also engaged in psychological counselling on essential medicines. He was engaged as Chief Coordinator in Charnock Hospital and presently is associated with the Kolkata Corporation.

At Unicus, Rahul looks after the social initiative of counselling and mentoring young students from the back ward class and helps to develop them for mainstream competition.

Subhasis Mukherjee

Chief Advisor

Subhasis Mukherjee, born in the year of 1968, is a seasoned Management Professional with experience spread over more than twenty-six years. He has served distinguished corporate during the period and held the position of CHIEF General Manager of a Govt. of India Enterprise. He taught at University of Calcutta for more than one and half decade as a Guest Faculty. He happens to be the HONY. ADDITIONAL SECRETARY OF THE National Institute of Personnel Management Calcutta and member of the Industrial Relations committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce.

Presently engaged with Burdwan University, Rabindra Bharati University, IISWBM as a visiting faculty member and Panellist to ALL INDIA RADIO. Represented before SCOPE. Lastly he is an excellent Communicator, Trainer and Administrator.

At Unicus he undertakes all administrative activity and HR related tasks. His involvement in upcoming projects will be of great service for the organisation.

Paulami Raysarma

Technical Advisor

Paulami Raysarma is a name that holds an enduring impression in the Nursing Fraternity. She has spent two and a half decades in the Nursing administration with a distinction in the education field as well. She is accredited with the Six Sigma Green Belt from WABCO, Germany. She is not only a qualified instructor of ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association but also an ATCN course provider.

Paulami Raysarma is also the Council Member of the WICCI Health Care Council. She also happens to be an executive member of ANEI and a former examiner of WBNC. She holds a number of publications under her.

Apart from being a reputed and respected individual in the Nursing Sector, Paulami Raysarma was also an active sportsperson, athletics was her forte.
